As the end of one school year quickly approaches, so do the questions and decisions for the next. Which preschool? What program? Separate or together? Public or private? Join us for an evening of information and discussion. Our guest speaker, Dr. Laura Slater, Vice Principal, with the Toronto District School Board, will help parents navigate their way through the school system. The evening will also include an overview of current literature and thinking about educating multiples as well as highlights from the first ever Tpomba member survey. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the experiences of others, share insights and ask questions. We would like to extend a warm welcome to all parents. Hope you can join us!

New this year, there will be a Spring MIKO/SAMKO Toy Warehouse sale in Richmond Hill. The shopping period for TPOMBA to fundraise runs the full length of the sale, which is between May 24 and June 8, 2008. Like the MIKO/SAMKO sale in the fall, TPOMBA will earn 10 per cent of your pre-tax sales when you send me your stamped receipts. When you get to the cash, tell them you are with TPOMBA, and they will stamp your receipt. Send it to Cheryl Kim (without the credit card or Interac slip) at 23 Holmcrest Trail, Toronto, M1C 1V6, no later than June 15.

The warehouse sale is a great place to pick up extra art supplies, loot bag items, and brand name toys such as Barbie, Mega Bloks, Lego and Hot Wheels.
